Health data
Some check-in answers touch on your health. Here is which ones, what we do with them, and how you stay in control.
Last updated: October 19, 2026
What’s covered
- your regulators (sugar, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, screens);
- how you react to stress;
- whether you take ADHD medication and its reminder times;
- your hormonal axis, if you choose to share it;
- your daily check-ins, measurements, scan results and SOS history.
Your agreement first
None of these answers is recorded until you’ve ticked the consent box in the check-in. Without that agreement, you simply don’t see these questions and Dopalize works with what you agreed to share.
Your consent is free, specific and explicit (Article 9 of the GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time in Settings: the related health answers are then erased.
What they’re used for
Only to personalize your journey: your profile, your protocol, your energy forecast and your reminders. They are used for nothing else: no marketing, no advertising, no commercial profiling.
How they’re protected
- Health data is encrypted before storage (AES-256-GCM), with a key kept separate from the database: a copy of the database alone can’t be read.
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access limited to authorized people.
- A log of access to personal data, which never copies its content.
- Hosting in the European Union.
What we never do
- Sell or rent your health data.
- Pass it on to advertisers, insurers or employers.
- Present it as a diagnosis or as a substitute for medical treatment.
- Give dosage advice: follow your doctor’s guidance.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data from Settings > Your account at any time. For any question: support@dopalize.com. The details of your rights are on the Privacy page.
If you need to talk
Dopalize does not replace medical advice. If your relationship with food is making you suffer, you can reach Anorexie Boulimie Info Écoute (FFAB) on 09 69 325 900 (not a premium-rate number; the line is in French).
